Sandra Marin, age 53, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2026 at her home in Americus.
The family will receive friends for a visitation on Saturday, March 7, between the hours of 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at Hancock Funeral Home, 427 S. Lee Street. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 8, in the chapel of Hancock Funeral Home beginning at 2:00 PM, with the burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Born on May 21, 1972 in Santa Barbara, Honduras, she was the daughter of the late Manuel Agustin Marin Rodriguez and Orfa Ruth Valle.
She is survived by her sons, Mario Lemus (Taylin) and Alfredo Marin; her daughters, Rixi Lemus and Ruth Lemus; her sister, Aiden Marin; her grandchildren, Pedro Lemus, Thiago Lemus, Merlin Lemus, and Macario Lemus; and her niece, Yahana Martinez.
