Mrs. Mary DiLane Oxford Noble, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at Fellowship Home Brookside in Valdosta.
Graveside funeral services are planned for 1:00 PM on Friday, July 10, in Oak Grove Cemetery. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Michael Noble, Rob Noble, Chris Hall, Robert Noble, Alex Hall, and Cole Hall. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Oliver Oxford and Winston Oxford.
Born February 14, 1945 in Athens, GA, she was the daughter of the late John Arnold Oxford and the late Mary Sue Oxford. She was Methodist by faith and was retired after working in the education and real estate fields.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bobby "Bob" Eugene Noble.
Survivors include her children: Virginia Noble Hall (Chris Hall), Michael Edward Noble (Allison Noble), and Robert Allen Noble, Sr. (Tracy Noble); eight grandchildren: Sarah Beth Wells, Molly Purcell, Robert Allen Noble, Jr., Laney Noble, Mary Kathryn Noble, Lauren Hall, Alex Hall, and Cole Hall; three great-grandchildren: Miller Wells, Ruthie Wells, and Lucy Purcell; two brothers: Oliver Oxford (Jane Oxford) and Winston Oxford; sister-in-law, Carole Noble; six nieces: Missy Price, Carrie Byrum, Rachel Lipan, Nelle Nielson, Mary Claire Bottcher, and Barry Lockerbie; and six nephews: Josh Noble, Will Noble, Tillman Oxford, Burton Oxford, Brandon Oxford, and Lotson Oxford.
