Chubby L. Siggler

Mr. Chubby Lee “Joe” Siggler, Jr., 66, 156 Jimmy Wolfe Drive, Americus, died at his residence on Friday, February 26, 2010. He is to be cremated, and a private memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Born in Columbus, Georgia, on March 20, 1943, he was the only son of Chubby Lee Siggler, Sr. and the late Ida Mae Swindel Siggler. He was a member of the Altoona, Florida, Baptist Church, a veteran of the U. S. Army, and an exceptionally talented automobile mechanic. Survivors include his loving mate of 17 years, Glenda Wilcoxson; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Penny and Neil Shipman of Umatilla, FL, Tammy and Robert Zelina of Tucson, AZ, and Rhonda Wallbrecher of Sommerfield, FL; a son, Michael Saunders of Altoona, FL; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter. Hancock Funeral Home, 427 South Lee Street, Americus, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
