Mr. Ricky K. Ruse, 56, of Plains, passed away Friday evening, May 27, 2011, at his residence. A Deputy Sheriff and a veteran of the United States Army, having served until 1977, Mr. Ruse was born June 13, 1954 in Frankfurt, Indiana to Harvey Dale Ruse and Virginia Mae Dean Ruse. A military memorial service will be held at Andersonville National Cemetery at 2:30 PM on Friday, June 3, 2011.
